Return and Exchange Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges on items that have arrived damaged. Please contact the shop within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Please note if the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items cannot be returned or exchange due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
– Personalized orders
– Perishable products (food, candy)
– Digital downloads
– Clothing products that have been worn

Shipping Policy:
All USA orders are processed within approximately 3 business days, are shipped via US Mail, and usually arrive within 2 – 10 business days.
All international orders are processed within approximately 4 business days, are shipped via US First Class Air Mail, and can generally be expected to arrive within 10 to 24 days, depending on location and customs. Any international orders that are placed will not be able to be tracked due to USPS policies.
